The National Housing Bank (www.nhb.org.in) has estimated a shortage of
24.7 million units of Low Cost Homes nationally and in excess of 2 million units in Mumbai MMRDA area. Wearology believes that this statistic provides a unique opportunity, with both, a social as well a profit objective.
Wearology is already implementing a project of 7.5 mn sqft., at Karjat, located just 100 meters from the local Railway Station.
The project is approved by major Housing Finance Companies and international Micro Finance Institutions.
Karjat is a part of the MMRDA (Mumbai Metropolitan Region) and connected by railways by both the Central and Harbor Lines.
