Market surveys conducted by Trammell Crowe Meghraj on our behalf, has shown a large supply shortfall in the 2nd home gated community segment for residents of Mumbai and Pune.
Additionally, this report has found the Karjat valley to be a highly suitable location for this offering, based on:
Proximity to Mumbai and Pune.
Good connectivity with travel times being further reduced by the completion of SH-54 from Panvel
Picturesque, undulating, clean, very fresh and green location with excellent views of the Hills on both sides of the valley
Availability of water and power.
We are hence undertaking a 500 acre, world class gated community, leisure offering, with a wide variety of sports and leisure amenities located in the Karjat valley, in partnership with an International real estate fund.
The sizes of homes will be between 1,500 sq feet and 3,000 sq feet, on a plotted basis, at highly affordable prices. Our technology partners for this project are Sterling of Australia, for providing world class modular construction technology, and SKM of Australia for master planning.
We are also considering further projects in Alibaugh and Nasik.
